Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.

Once an order has been:

  • prepared.
  • customized.
  • shipped.
  • out for delivery.

It may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

For urgent cancellation requests, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Order not delivered due to our operational issue
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Report damaged or incorrect orders within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed after verification by our support team.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are generally not applicable for:

  • Customized or personalized gifts
  • Perishable products such as flowers and cakes
  • Orders with incorrect recipient information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient’s unavailability
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, public holidays, or courier issues

Product Variations

Some products, including flowers, cakes, chocolates, packaging, and gift baskets, may slightly vary depending on availability and city limitations.

In such cases, suitable substitutions of equal quality and value may be provided without prior notice.

Same-Day Delivery Orders

Same-day delivery orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Once preparation has started, cancellation or refund requests may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking process.
