At Ubashe, we truly value your trust and satisfaction. Every piece we deliver is crafted and packed with care — but if, for any reason,you’re
not entirely happy with your purchase, our simple 5-day return and exchange policy ensures you enjoy a smooth and worry-free experience.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations — maybe the size isn’t right, or you simply changed your mind.
That’s why we’ve made our exchange process quick and easy.
You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
You have the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, simply fill out our Exchange Request Form (available on the Contact Us page) or get in touch with our customer service team.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup or guide you on how to return the parcel.
Please note:
Sale or discounted items, accessories, and custom orders cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges depend on product availability — if your requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or an alternative product.
Refund Policy
Ubashe offers a 5-day refund policy on eligible orders. Refunds may be processed if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Refunds are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or the original payment method used at checkout. Once we receive and inspect your return,
the refund will be initiated and should reflect in your account within 7–10 working days.
Please keep in mind:
Refunds are not issued for products damaged due to customer handling.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was from our end.
Orders placed during sales or promotions are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but can be exchanged or refunded according to our policy above.
Ubashe also reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
The item is out of stock.
There was a pricing or technical error on the website.
The payment could not be verified or was declined.
In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Delivery & Coverage
Yes! Ubashe proudly delivers all across Pakistan, from major cities to smaller towns, through our reliable courier partners.
Our standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and order volume.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
