3. Orders & Accuracy

Please make sure that all order details — such as your name, address, and contact number — are entered correctly. Orders with incomplete or

inaccurate details may result in delays or cancellations.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Ubashe reserves the right to cancel any order in case

of inaccurate information, unavailability of stock, or technical error.

4. Payment Methods

Ubashe offers multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including:

• JazzCash

• Easypaisa

• Debit/Credit Cards

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed only after successful payment

confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

5. Product Display & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to

lighting, photography, or display settings.
In rare cases, if a product runs out of stock after your order is placed, we may offer an alternative item of equal value or issue a refund for the

unavailable product.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Ubashe proudly delivers nationwide across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may be extended.

• Courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order may be cancelled without a refund.

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its status.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Products may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The product has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Please note:

• Sale items, accessories, and limited-edition products may not be eligible for exchange.

• Refunds are only offered if the product is damaged, faulty, or unavailable at the time of dispatch.

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days once approved.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
Ubashe reserves the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if payment issues arise.
